Comprehensive project design can include assessment, program development, interventions, facilitation training, skills building, debriefing, mediation, leadership consultation, and resource development.

This work integrates over twenty-five years of social innovation strategies and community development expertise. Its foundations are based in relational ontology, using tools from embodied cognition, trauma-informed practice, and social and racial justice.
